blob.cx is a file sharing service. It allows you to upload files, generate shareable links, and optionally protect downloads with passwords or download limits.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use blob.cx for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Spam or automated abuse
• Distributing malware or harmful content
• Copyright infringement or unlicensed content
• Testing security vulnerabilities without authorization

4. Data Storage & Deletion

All uploaded files are stored on our servers. Files are automatically deleted after your configured expiration period or download limit is reached. You can manually delete any file at any time. Maximum file size is 500MB.

5. No Warranty

blob.cx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, reliability, or security. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

blob.cx and its operators are not liable for any damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for users who violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where blob.cx operates.
